You know, there's actually an ad out for some right here on the first page of the kingsnake section. Turns out they come in some pretty neat morphs! ^^

Maybe it is an Eastern Kingsnake or Chain kings as we called them down south. I am not really an expert on Kings though. It does appear to be some type of king snake though.

Ditto. Definitely a speckled. Babies look like that, those bands kinda fade out as the snake matures.

Its a baby black king snake. When they are hatchlings, they look like a mix between desert and eastern kingsnake, then, like (black rats snakes) they darken up as they grow until they are completely black with a few remaining yellow speckles/chains. I lived in southern Ky and seen hundreds of them, if Black Kings are not in your area, and speckleds ones are, then im sure the do as the black kings, but that looks exactly like a baby black king snake to me.
