Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

How are you feeling overall? Getting your stamina back yet and losing the feeling you are made out of eggshells?
Physically feel great but my cardio needs a couple more weeks. I couldn't do much but walk for almost 3.5 months and only starting doing more strenuous stuff last 2 to 3 weeks. My sleeping still a bit off. I'll wake up 2 or 3 times a night and takes awhile to get back asleep.
You've been waking up 2 or 3 times a night? Why is that? Are you suffering from insomnia perhaps?
Combination of meds, sleep patterns way off for 4 months. For last 30 years I was up at 4 am and depending on side jobs maybe sleep 6 hours a night. While I was off work my sleep patterns were all over the place.
Used to be if I slept 8 hours the wife would come check if I was still alive, lol.
