All but the little stripped one have shed. And the stripped one is deep in shed right now. Here are pics of the 5 hypos from the litter. The last one is not a great example but it still carries the genes...lol

Nice looking babies Dennis. That striped one is pretty wicked looking. I bet Bryon tries to talk you out of it. The others have some real nice color showing on their lower ends.

Just curious, since I'm blind, or the pictures are a bit dark. What made you go with Hypo on the last one?

I had a couple that I thought were close calls, and went with normal. Just curious if there is a secret trick or something. LOL I know you can have different degrees of Salmon expression.

Thanks for sharing!

The pic of the last one is pretty dark. It actually looked more like a salmon before it shed. It has quite a bit of orange blushing on the sides of the tail. Looking at it post shed has me wondering too and I may just end up calling it a normal. I'll probably let that one shed at least one more time before I make my mind up. No secret trick, this is my first salmon breeding...lol

Yeah, I still have one, that's at least 1/3 reversed striped, that hasn't shed yet. I don't know what to call it either. LOL It's awful pink for a normal though.

My first Salmon litter too. One of my favorite mutations though. Interesting what can pop up. Hopefully that ends up being a Salmon for you.

I would do such a thing? Me? I'm flabbergasted , shocked ..... shocked to my fuzzy little toes. I am really.

If I were to do such a thing it would be merely because I see and appreciate quality.

LMAO , I'm full of crap too.

You should be able to go by eye color as well. I'm not sure as to the extent but the eyes tend to be red in hypos.
