Prove what Lakeside? Prove that he asked me for 310 dollars? He does not dispute that? Prove he made a claim against my paypal for 200? Is that what you want to see?

Yes, to all of the above. Can you post screen shots of the paypal requests so we can see you are correct? I mean I could say I saw you on the roof of a building howling at the moon naked, that doesn't make it true...unless I took pictures!

Here's a copy of the paypal dispute he submitted claiming 200 dollars.

And a copy of his email telling me he is out 310 dollars on a free snake I sent him. And he even lies in his email as he sold the snake to his friend Scott.



Dan, I don't know where we stand on this. I bought from you thinking you where a reputable dealer and the snakes where in good shape. This hole thing has been a nightmare. If this Frenata dies I will be out 310 plus the 75 on the egg eater. I will not settle for that. Please let me know what we can do about this. I am willing to ship the Frenata back for a refund or try and hold on to it and hope it survives, but if it dosn't, what can be done? I am a breeder and I have never had a snake die from eating while in shed. expecially to think that a small finch egg liquid going down a snake would be called a lump?? they do not take the egg all the way down. Please let me know what we can work out, Thanks Andy

And I am as usual behaving snotty because I am bothered with this in the first place. My demeanor is intentionally set to piss off the usual crowd of idiots who read a one-sided story of events and then pass judgement. It is they that should be judged and then kicked off this board for good as their involvement in the world of reptiles is not required and does not allow for proper explanations without them calling people scum when they are indeed scum themselves.

It's not intended for the general audiance to take it personal.

Now there's a start! I would prefer a screen shot myself, but I'm not choosy. Don't you think if you originally posted proof of your side instead of berating people that more folks would say to themselves, "Hey, Dan has a point there, see he's got the e-mails, screenshots(whathaveyou) to prove it!" ?

Heck, we might join you in your mud-slinging if you just posted your side with proof first. Your flying off the handle and seeming to smack down those that don't agree with you is why I would stay away if I was "into" the kinds of things you sell.

does anyone see me demanding the money from him? Am I not reading this correctly? I am only worried about a snake that is about to die, and him giving me this tough luck deal. All I would like from you Dan is the 75.00 in my paypal account. I will deal with the vet bills and the highly possiblity of the Sick Free Snake dieing that you replaced for the other sick dead snakes.

I can see Dan thinking your were requesting that amount by the wording of your e-mail as you do mention the dollar amount for each snake.

If you did not request the $200 then perhaps you could post a screenshot of the paypal request you did send.

I just looked at my paypal claim and for some reason it is automaticly asking for the full 200 refund. I am sorry about that Dan. I have contacted paypal to see how I can change that amount to 75. I did not realize it did that and I am truly sorry! Andy
