I would like to add a thing or two. I am part of the admin staff at herps4sale.com. We were going through our account information and I noticed a Jesse Fricker registered. I decided I would see what information he was using. Below is the infomation he had posted as his billing address.

Now Im not a rocket scientist but one of these two addresses are incorrect. Our rules state that all billing information must be correct. So an email was sent requesting information about the threads on the BOI. It is the admin staff at herps4sale that we do not wish to have members on our site that may bring negative attention to our community. Especially someone who admits to taking money and refusing to send the animal or refund the money.
Here is the email that was sent. I do not have access to the first request email:

To this he replied
Oh heavens no! You guys can feel free to suspend my account. I have no
desire to be there. It has become a forum of drama and junk. As far as I
am concerned, your site has become nothing more than a venu for name calling
and rumor spreading. I have so far seen you guys trash the names of at
least seven herpetoculturists that I know, from experience, to be good
people and outstanding bussiness men. The only attraction anyone had to
your site was free classifieds and you have takin' that away. Im sure that
many have paid to be able to continue to post their animals but I am
confident that you will see a dramatic decline in member support over the
coming year. You guys have ruined a good thing and I am not the least bit
regretful of my actions or comments, and I certainly am not at all going to
miss the circus that has become faunaclassifieds.com. I am actually
greatful to you for not allowing me to get aggrevated by exposing myself to
the ingnorance that flows so freely on your site.

I am posting this here so people can see that he has no intentions of conducting business legitimately. He cannot even give factual billing information to a growing website that posted his ads for free. I also do not wish people to believe that we condone such shady behavior.
He has a new email address

and uses the name Jennifer Duran as well. I have acesss to a phone# but I'm sure its not a good one anyways.
