Mediocrity- small business, big business
I bought some tiny baby garden plants on Ebay. The seller who turned out to be a minor did not even have them in stock and did not notify me, and when I was not happy about the lack of notification tells me he is in high school and has another job. Finally he supposedly finds enough to fill my order and sends them.
THEN, the post office misdelivers whatever is in the box, and will not tell me where it is, saying that any priority tracking between send off and receipt is merely a courtesy unless it is a guaranteed express package.
What happened to doing your job, doing it on time, or at least helping the customer if you've made a mistake?
