Neil i admire you that you whole heartedly trusted and defended your employee but one thing that is PROOF proven is that employees steal more then shoplifters do or canfrom the store they work in not saying ALL EMPLOYEES ARE THEIVES. But what i mean are good employees can be great workers , never miss a day &nbsp;or few &nbsp;if any &nbsp;work when ever asked ( no complaints) love the job they have and mean it &nbsp;be everything a owner / boss could ask for ... BUT there can be times &nbsp;that the Model employee can have alteria motives(sp) as a owner / boss my self i have been where you just left &nbsp;i had a great worker &nbsp;could out work others by 50% in the construction field he had one of my trucks fully stocked with over 20G in tools drove it home as it was his .. he worked weekends when i asked him even workewd late alot after 3 yrs and lil things here get stolen from the job , or it broke or so in so hasent brought it back yet &nbsp;, a few cabinets didnt make it &nbsp;i sent them back &nbsp;and then after a xclose review of monthly charges &nbsp;guess what i found out ! well that great employee was using my company CC to charge materials to jobs that he used on his own HOUSE i found out he had a storage building &nbsp;well i decided to go buy it one day and make a inquirey on what he had in there &nbsp;i could &nbsp;use .. jokingly .. well he wanted to close the door and go have a beer on payday .. well he left his keys to my truck in the building and ho hummed about opening it up &nbsp;to get themn with a million xcuses &nbsp;... &nbsp;well what this leads to is the ones that you trust the most &nbsp;can also be the ones that can break you and take you for everything &nbsp;they can get while having other ideas all along .. &nbsp;as a footnote to this ... he is currently serving 5 yrs &nbsp;for various charges filed in suit against him &nbsp;by me and also the places he used my co CC &nbsp;so be wary ... be vary wary ... &nbsp;hope all this comes out in the washand whoever it is that did &nbsp;it ... does a lil time

What Angie doesn't realize (yet), is she probably just made the biggest mistake of her life! When you get talked into changing jobs...you're supposed to take a step UP the ladder...you're not supposed to walk OFF the ladder!!
I feel sorry for Tom (the owner of Amazon)...he's new to this business and he has to end up with YOU as his advisor??? Too bad he doesn't know that you have one of the WORST reputations in this business!

Alan....Angie never HAD to steal from me! I would have given it to her FREELY! In the beginning of our business relationship, yes...I gave her a 35% discount on anything she wanted....after a while, she paid what I paid for whatever....then, I just started letting her take mice and rats and crickets home for FREE, as a "perk", not to mention about 90% of the animals she owns right now, came from me...FREE!!....I've given her countless money bonuses, tanks for her animals, I've given her $150 or so to pay her childcare overdue bill (which I never asked for back)....I loaned her $400 to buy her car (two weeks before I fired her)!
I STILL think she has been given (and listened to) some very bad advice and now she's out a great job! Obviously, Dave...you couldn't care WHO you hurt, huh....as long as you can make money from it! The true you has been coming out loud and clear! I'm certain that everyone can hear it, too!

You seem like a person that goes way out of their way to help someone, I remember what you did for the child that got ripped off on ball pythons, you sent him snakes when you were not obligated to do so, that was really amazing! Not too many people would be that kind, taking the loss to make someone else happy. You also go out of your way for your employers, give them stuff and help them out, and what do they do? Stab you in the back!!! What has this world came to??? Your employers should treat you like treasure because such selflessness rarely comes along. Maybe you should hire some robots for employers! Install hidden cameras and build a crocodile pit around your store and draw the bridge up at night. Neil , Did you ever say that Angie and yourself parted ways (quit/fired) due to the fact that she was answering questions from Det. Cole,a insurance fraud inspector and Thomas Crowley days before you 2 separated?

Angie never stole a dime from you and you know it,everytime a person quits you you report that they stole snakes from you.You are afraid that Angie is going to post the truth about you and all the things you do so now you have to smear her name so people will not believe her.

She did take a giant step up the ladder and now she has a huge store and total control.Tom is not by any means "new" to the herp bizz and I am not his advisor he called me checked a client list I gave him and pick me to buy from over several others that wanted his buisness.

As far as your comment about me being caught in lies well you memory is slipping,It was "you" caught in the lies (refer to the other thread).I do believe you to be very wrong about my reputation,My sales are uppeople are happy with me and the animals they get.The peopleat the Orlando show cleaned me out with exception to 28 baby balls (but I took 100).During set up on Saturday and Sunday morning people were not laughing and making jokes about me and my Attorney but rather you and your attorney.

Not a problem at all . I hear you loud and clear. And I do realize that I come across at times as being sarcastic. Even when I am deadly serious. I just tend to use sarcasm as a means of self control. As at times I take things too serious and too far. More to the point, I am a very serious person by nature. Especially concerning matters such as this.

Devon - us as in anyone who is tired of Dave and his unneccesary comments...the whole fiasco quieted down for a bit, and now he's back again, spouting off and getting on his high horse for no reason other than the fact that he seems to really like the attention. People like this are a personal pet peeve for me...I can't stand them.

Rich was going to try to post the report soon...yes the PI is also in FL, but I'd imagine that Rich is standing on his head with more important things at the moment...like his reptiles.

Did I say I was on Neil's side blindly? If so, track down a quote...you'll notice that I said I would *like* to see him innocent because he at least handles himself decently more often than not. I've never had dealings with either Neil or Dave. The thing is that Dave keeps (to my mind) acting suspiciously..all the dropped "clues", name calling, etc...the info about Angie just fans the flames. Who knows if the info about her is true, but it is an interesting bit. The way that Dave conducts himself just irks me to no end...maybe I'm odd for expecting more professionalism from someone who has their own business, so be it.

John....irritation from the week...work stress, dealing with idiot stress, concern about gravid females and hatchlings stress, etc. Seeing Dave's mouth run away with him again just snapped something in my fragile little mind.
