One-in-a-million "collector's dream"!

"Bert and Ernie"

female tangerine hypo x red/gold sandfire/peach hypo

6" long, hatched 5-15-08

$25,000

Bert and Ernie are very special little dragons. They are identical twins who failed to separate properly during embryonic development. They hatched at Valley Dragon Ranch on May 15, 2008. Imagine our surprise! We were told that they would not live more than a week...but a year later, they are alive and thriving! Bert and Ernie have been featured in our local newspaper The Courier, as well as state, national, and global news. Both heads are fully functional, and both heads love to eat...although "Ernie" is the more dominant head. This is a little something special for the serious collector!

Serious inquiries only, please!

they are passing this trait on, then a generation down from that it occurs again, sounds like past inbreeding may be the reasoning. JMO
cool though! and it is thriving, which is cooler!

They are still tiny. The hatched small, and have continued to v-e-r-y slowly grow. Despite the small size, they are doing great! Unlike other two-headeds I have heard about, they actually have the ability to hunt their own food.
