As already stated, the simple answer is no. One is arboreal and diurnal, the other is a burrower and nocturnal. One requires a terrarium or aquarium with substrate. The other generally requires a screen enclosure with no substrate or standing water recommended. Both will compete for food.
Chameleons are fragile and difficult to care for. Senegals are especially difficult as most in the pet trade are WC and their mortality rate is already extremely high; they're cheap, yes ... but not recommended for the novice keeper. They're very territorial and want only their own space and privacy.
Both species will need separate enclosures if you want them to thrive.
