Albino Ball Python Died!!

I can't see how it is OK for a representative of NERD to post with Kevin's account when it is not OK for Adam to post concerning a snake that a representative of his bought. He has called this man his partner several times. If it is OK for Kara or some employee to post with Kevin's account based on their association, then I see no problem with Adam posting about a snake bought by his associate, which Adam kept and cared for. This seems like a bit of a double standard to me.

If he is Adams partner then why doesn't he post here?

Personal information has of course been taken out. Now that I have gathered some other information I will post this. So you can dispell yet another of your assumptions. This may also give you the foundation for many more.

Please, there are no holes in my story so phrase your questions numaticly and I will respond to them all tomorrow. As for Kevin's questions, please just continue to ignore those and as facts come in please sweep them under the carpet as you have been. It's not like we have a feedcard from NERD posted on here showing the poor care he gave this snake or anything.

Seamus, I'm sorry, when you're that young 19 and 22 seems like a huge difference I'm sure!

It's fine for Kara to post here but I see an issue with here using Kevin's name to do it. It's a NERD account so she could have just used her name and not Kevins. Apples are red and Oranges are Orange. When you compair them to eachother be sure to note the difference.

Well, I was going to avoid this thread all together, but a few things Adam. I know this may get brought up and to back up your claims you may want to answer them now.

1) Where is the date on the report ? It seems to be blurred out.

2) Where is the name of the person requesting the findings ? Again it seems blurred out.

3) Do you have pics of the Ball Python that died ? You have pics of all these feed cards and reports, but none of the dead snake ?

4) All the report says is "Ball Python". You may want a written request from them to ID the snake in question as Albino. Why ? This report can be on ANY Ball Python. At least something showing that it was a Albino at least puts more credit to your claims.

Thanks a lot and this is information I'd already thought about. However, I wanted the report to be up for the cause of death and not the other information. I was going to leave the addresses but I don't want people calling my vet at this point asking stupid questions as the report was sent him as well. As for the type of the snake and everything else there is a third and forth party to back me up so again it is only there to address the cause of death.

I've now confirmed at least two other dead ball pythons that came from NERD. One I can see, two maybe but three and four are getting tougher to push off as chance. I'm in the middle of working on three more that have been brought to my attention although I having nothing solid as to the truth of those claims right now. I'm going to stop posting in this thread for now if the other party is still unwilling to address these issues and questions. My only responce will be to Kevin in this thread from here on out. If Kevin chooses not to respond to any of this it is fine with me. I will simply gather all of the information I have proof for and post a bad guy thread. I don't mind the money on this right now. I will however do what I can to help others from making the same mistake!

I'm not Twenty two either Adam, you're grasping at straws and have no idea how old I am... Even if you do manage by some amazing stroke of luck to pinpoint it, it won't have any meaning anyway because MY age has nothing to do with the question concerning how old YOU are or your claims of twenty three years of experience.

Am I correct at this point in assuming that you are twenty three years old and that you will somehow turn that into twenty three years of reptile care? I'd love to see some pictures of you at your first birthday party wrapped in an angolan python... I really have no idea how old you are as a specific number but I do recall you stating in the past that you were young, a condition that makes your twenty three claimed years an impossibility and, as you were claiming it to be the case when it is not... A lie. A lie which establishes your willingness to distort truth in order to make a statement that you somehow feel will attain your ludicrous goal or give you credibility that you blew by being a hothead who's a known pain in the ass when it comes to business transactions.

Lets face facts here Adam, you lied about your experience... Lying isn't going to win you supporters, even over a small matter and... since you're the second owner of this animal, didn't report it dead within anything even approaching the guarantee period and can't provide firsthand evidence that most of your statements are even true... You're not going to be getting any animals or money by way of compensation here... your goal is unattainable at this point, the best thing you can do now is just drop it, let this thread die, and return to something approaching the state of a semi-rational human being for a few months until you fly off the handle and everyone ends up going through this garbage again with you, over and over endlessly until you finally decide to grow up and stop throwing temper tantrums as an attempt to get what you want.

Seamus How can you still say that the feed card is not NERDs. Rusty posted it, I verified that the card came from NERD yet you still say its a feed card from another animal. This is a Het Ghost feed card from NERD. I find it funny that no matter what someone says its a false statement but when you tell the story its the truth from the bible.

I'm no longer denying that the feed card comes from NERD, two parties have verified it, that's good enough for me. I was suspicious at first because I have never gotten one from NERD myself but never did I express it as an absolute that it was not from them, I merely expressed the possibility of it not being likely...

As you said however...

This is a Het Ghost feed card from NERD.

Which means it is NOT THE FEED CARD FOR ADAM'S ALBINO BALL PYTHON, THE ENTIRE POINT OF THIS THREAD AND THE ISSUE OF CONTENTION... a feed card from another animal doesn't say anothing of Adam's snake being fed or not and I do have to say that an underfed snake is a rarity when coming from NERD. Since he fails to specify an animal and merely says "This snake" the assumption of the reader would be that it is the snake this thread was atrted over... and he has no feed card for the dead albino.

All he has is a necropsy report for a dead ball python which, as has been pointed out, has had all identifying information removed, making it worthless to his misguided crusade for a refund. Although i notice he is now back to saying it's all to help others, which means it should be a few days before he decideds he's owed money again and all that altruism is forgotten.

Your right it is not the feed card for adams albino but it was never said to be. I do not recall if adam ever stated that he got a feed card from NERD, as you say it is not a normal practice.
