And just to add that Jim and I may disagree about some things from time to time, that does not mean that we "do not like each other", it's just a fact of life, no 2 people will feel the same way about anything most of the time.
We all have a lot we can share here and we can all do it with direct answers and informative post that make members want to come back here for information. No one wants to go to a site that makes them unwanted.
Its a big step to ask for help and its even a bigger help to give that info in the best way possible.
