small bull feeding question

I have a bullsnake which is fairly small for her age like she was on a maintenence diet and went through brumation even as a hatchling. Can she catch up with some extra food and keeping her up through winter? Thanks.

I bought a 5 year old ball python that was maybe 600 grams, within a year she was up to 1500. I know it's possible for snakes to be stunted but I haven't personally experienced it.

Also, from what I've read, it's not uncommon for breeders to brumate hatchling colubrids to encourage them to start eating. I wouldn't be too concerned
