Maybe hers is, but that is only if Jeff bred one of his Colombian Hypos to a Nova and I seriously doubt that. The Novas by themselves are not result of breeding Colombian Hypos together. They popped up in a breeding that had the son of the first Monstertail female. He ended up being a super so all Nova Hypos were produced.
If they were Colombian Hypos, the price tag on them would have been substantially insane.
Jeff has released very few of his Hypo Colombians, as far as I know, and he definitely would not be letting a Hypo Colombian Nova out of the Black Hole so willy nilly.
The current theory is the Nova trait is transferred in the same manner as the Jungle trait. More breeding trials need to be done to confirm this, but was is known in the few breeding trials of Novas is that if a parent is Nova, their offspring will have Novas in the litter.
A lot of people disagree, of course, but time will tell one way or another. It may be a co-dom (incomplete dominant) trait or it may just be similar to abberant lines. It is difficult to know at this stage because the breeding that Donnie Smith did that resulted in my little guy involved a female that was not particularly abberant, but she had numerous abberant offspring, some to an extreme degree.
The same happened in Jeff's original breeding that resulted in the Nova's. The dam was abberant, but not with any crazy wackiness to the patterns though nearly all off the offspring were. Some could argue this was the hypo influence, but in Donnie's breeding, there were normals with crazy patterns too.
Jeff has a few write ups here and there on forums regarding the Nova's. If you search "How About a Little Controversy" on RTB.net or ReptileInsider.com you will find it.
