Just so I understand. She requested a cold pack and you refused and went against your TOS.

The temp was above 90 on her end but because it wasn't on your end you disregarded her request even with your TOS stating

I know..I know. At least you're not shipping in uninsulated cricket boxes anymore.

So.....You cannot be held responsible for carrier delays or mishandling, but you expect others to be even when their TOS says they are not?

And the buyer showed concern about shipping in 90+ degree weather, but you told them that it would be fine because you would include a cold pack, yet you didn't include one even though per your own TOS, one would be provided? You must know the risks that can be involved with shipping at high temps, since you don't even guarantee live arrival at temps that high....yet still did so without a cold pack?

Also, I did not have another 4" Blazing to send her and the Bells did not have them on their list either.
Say what? You are advertising a 4" pair on Reptile Auctions right now! Remember-

In a small 7x7x6 box the ice would have cooled the insulated box too much and would most likely froze out the animals. The room in that size box is minimal. It fits 3 plastic containers. I put two and chose to ship the desert dwellers without ice, yes. Ultimately, I (or one of my employees) make the decision to heat/ice pack based on the the situation.

Soooo......put them in a more appropriate sized box?

If your TOS states that cold packs are available upon request, and you told the buyer that one would be used, it should be appropriately packaged to allow for the use of one.

Yes guys, I know it's nit-picking and I was willing to overlook it the first time but she did it again and it's a pet peeve of mine. Maybe they did not teach this at your fine college institution but if you do a 360 then you're right back where you started at. If you do a 180 then you've flip flopped. Get it straight.

Also, according to the National Weather Center, on June 14th of this year in Springfield , Illinois the temps were 92 with 87% humidity. I can also attest to the heat as I was in Lincoln, Illinois that day for meetings and can vividly remember switching from a suit and tie to just a suit. It mirrored our current weather very closely!

There was nothing wrong with the way they were shipped.

I will not use a larger box when it is not needed. That would make my customer pay more for shipping when it is not necessary.

But thanks for the suggestion.
