National Geographic Wild: Two Heads, One Snake

Video and x-rays of a baby two-headed boa constrictor. Pretty darned cool. I hope it survives.

Wow, 2 hearts? I've never heard of that, I wonder how that's working? I've seen two-headed snakes but never a boa constrictor either, and if- a big IF- it survives, it's going to be a real challenge to feed, knowing how enthusiastic boas are about food. But who knows? Sometimes only one head feeds, I actually hope that's the case here. It looks like the second head is connected strangely too, off to one side & a little bit behind the other? The ones I've seen before were connected in a symmetrical "Y" configuration. Thanks for sharing this.
