A-1 reptiles

Anyone have any experiance with A-1 reptiles? I did, I bought what was supposed to be a high yellow female in shed for $150.00. She came and both eyes are swollen at the eyelids and all nails are red in the quick. I need to take her to the vet to see what's up with the eyes but I think the nails were way overgrown and cut just shortly before shipping. She is also filthy and even after 3 baths the dirt wont come off. I also don't think her back is going to shed I think it's just the way she's colored. They told me it was from her digging in her soil. Their brochure says you don't have to feed them insects that tuna fish and scrambled eggs are fine, it also says if you have a problem with the dragon to just return it.
I was stupid and did not research this company enough before purchase but there was no way in he** I was going to send any animal back there. I sent them an E-mail and asked if they would at least refund $50.00 so I could put it toward the vet visit and they didnt' even respond so I resent it and she says that there was no response needed since the brochure states I could have returned the animal.
Please if you are thinking of purchasing from these people, don't. They don't take proper care of their animals and do not even try to ensure that the customer is satisfied. They even go so far as to advertise incorrect care for the animals purchased. Oh, I guess I should have had a clue when she kept saying product instead of animal or dragon.
