escaped snake

one week and 2 days ago two of my baby ball pythons escaped, we have found one, and are still searching for the other, we have looked near heat-giving appliances, in the couches and in closets and drawers serveral times, I have set out a heat pad with a kleenex box on top of it to offer a warm place to hide for her, are there any other ideas on how to draw the snake out of hiding? we fear it may have gotten into the wall or even outside by now, but if it is still in the house there is a chance it will survive

Try taking thawed fuzzies and placing them in plastic bags around the based boards of your house. Try this for a couple of days. The scent of the decaying fuzzy may be enough to attract a hungry young ball python. This has worked for me with a cornsnake, but I have not had to try it with a ball python.
