Bad Guy!!!

I have seen good and bad about this guy and I vote BAD ACTOR!! &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; I sent him $$ on &nbsp;6/6/02 for a proven Fl King Male...$$ Cleared my account on 6/12...I kept getting the run around on shipping and still don't have the animal or a refund..I gave him notice of filing with FC, KS and FBI and still no response..I'm fed up and here's my post... &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;the guy's name is (supposedly) Jeff Musial &nbsp;POB 1791 &nbsp;Cheektowaga NY 14225 &nbsp; &nbsp;NICKcityREPTILES@aol.com &nbsp; &nbsp; Please wary of any dealings with this JERK <img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/mad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''> &nbsp;<img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/mad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

If you look down on first page of BOI you'll see a post about him already, coincidently with the same problems your having with him not shipping after he gets your money (or in his case the snake). You might want to email Big Bang Herps because after he came on here warning us about this guy, his problem got solved after he found Nicks home phone number also he will have an actual address because he did a trade with Nick.
