As such, any information you provide that is determined to be false, inaccurate, misleading, or highly suspicious will result in your registration being rejected. This is designed to try to discourage as much as possible those spammers and scammers that tend to plague sites of this nature, to the detriment of all the legitimate members trying to enjoy the features this site provides for them.
Of particular importance is the REQUIREMENT that you provide your REAL full name upon registering. Sorry, but this is not like other sites where anonymity is more the rule.
Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

How old are your dragons?
I have heard that superworms to beardies are like candy to children. I have also heard they have a high fat content but I am not sure of this statement. I have heard of people saying that a beardie can get to where all he wants is supers. But I do believe a breeder on this forum mentioned she feeds supers to her adults. I would like to hear more about what some others think. My knowledge I have found is somewhat "old school" after coming to this forum. I have 1000 supers and feed my adults only 3-4 a week as treats. I raise dubias and discoids so this is their main diet, and I order silkies every other week. Thanks Beth
"Gotta feed a good salad..no lettuce but collards and vegetables mixed in, at least every other day (more if dragon will take it) and insects a few days a week..we like superworms for our adults. "
Don't exactly know how to quote....B

I use supers for my juvies and adults. I switch back and forth between worms and roaches, and my dragons seem to really like the variety. They have never turned their noses up to a roach after being offered supers. I usually feed the growing dragons about 10 big supers per feeding, 3 days per week, where as the adults only get supers once per week (unless they happen to be a gravid female). The other feedings are roaches twice per week for the juvies and once per week for the adults. And of course they all get salads.

I feed mine greens, squach, etc in the morning with supers at lunch or when I come home around 4. They love roaches far more then supers, if you have more then 1 in a cage and throw a roach in there watch out. I quit feeding crickets as soon as they are big enough to eat supers. I also get hornworms, waxworms, and phoenix worms on occassion to mix it up.

Good
So everyone says that supers are ok for an adult dragon as a staple insect? I would be glad for that to be the view because they are cheap and you can keep them a long time. How many do you feed at a time? Mine love their roaches too. B

Thanks for the input. Im currently feeding them mixed greens every morning and crickets in the afternoon. I want to start giving them variety in there diet which is why im gonna start giving them a mix of supers and crickets. Im considering to get rid of the crickets eventually and switch over to roaches too.
"I quit feeding crickets as soon as they are big enough to eat supers."
How big do they need to be before you start feeding them supers?
