Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

Tell me more about Banana morph...
So I've been looking at pics of banana and the new pinstripe banana. I know I can't afford one (at least not until I get some Panda Pied in a few years). But I would love to know more about this morph and see any photos you may have.
Any one working with banana right now?

they are pretty. What's the deal with the genetics though, isn't there some issue with sex linked and banana males?

I haven't heard anything about the sex linking. I've seen both males and females for sale.

As far as I've learned, the first generation of bananas produces mostly females, with males being very rare. Later generations, though, are producing roughly 50% male/female.
The shortage of males, along with the mind-blowing look, has kept the price high...

They are mind blowing! I want to make a banana pied...I'd call it a Banana Split. Giggle.
If I get my Pandas I might be able to afford a male one of these days.
