I dont know what you are talking about. YOU already told me you paid $40 for her. Do I need to send you that email again to refresh your memeory? YOU are at fault here not ME. YOU stated I pay you the addition 31.50 to keep this one, because we BOTH said with the temps being so high it would be the best thing to do in the interest of the chameleon! so IF the paypal refund of $31.50 goes through YOU still owe ME $81.49 for the dwarf jacksons you GUARANTEED the right species or MY MONEY BACK THAT YOU NEVER SENT ME!!!!

It is not my problem that you are running a shady business and can not identify the animals YOU are selling! You should not be in this business if you know NOTHING about them! I was more then understanding and patient with you when this was all CLEARLY YOUR FAULT. Then you made a verbal agreement/contract with me to keep this one for $31.50. It is not MY problem you could not get the proper species for me. YOU SOLD THIS ONE TO ME AND I PAID YOU FOR HER!So if you want to be completly done with me and be an HONEST BUSINESS you will refund me the remaining $81.49 for the balance of the dwarf jackson I DID NOT GET BUT PAID FOR. I would like to state this again to be CLEAR....I NEVER ASKED FOR THE FULL $144.49 BACK. I ONLY asked for the $112.99 he charged me for the dwarf jackson he could not supply me with but took my money for. The money for the flapjack I paid for was a seperate deal and HE AGREED TO THE $31.50 SINCE THIS WAS ALL HIS SCREW UP AND STILL TOLD ME LAST WEDNESDAY THAT HE WAS GIVING ME A FULL REFUND FOR THE DWARF JACKSON HE COULD NOT GET.
