new gtp something not right???

Well I went to the columbus show today and purchased a very nice looking gtp. She is very small and her spine sticks out just alittle is this ok? Also I put her in her enclosure and she just stays half on the floor and half on the branch is this normal? I thought they always coiled on their branch. Thanks in advance for any help

It would be easier to help if you were able to post some pictures...

The ridging spine could be caused by a wide variety of things, most likely dehydration or malnutrition... but that isn't always the case.

As far as being on the ground all the time, the temperatures off in the enclosure, or depending on the substrate, he/she may be seeking the most humid area in the tank.

Whatever information you have would help us to help you.

Good luck.
