Air Drafts

Hey, I have gotten a columbian redtail and everything is fine with her, but something I am curious about is drafts. I keep the tank between 80 and 85 degrees, but I usualy have a ceiling fan on in the room. Would a draft from the fan cause the snake to get a cold or any health problems. I just wanna make sure im not doing anything bad just so i am comfortable.
Thanks for your time,
Stephen

As long as the heat is correct it shouldn't cause an issue. I think with drafts people mean having the cage right under an air conditioning vent or something.

Your being in Florida especially, I wouldn't worry about a ceiling fan caising any problems. I keep one of those running with the windows in the snake room open during the summer here in NC.
As long as it doesn't affect the ambient temperature in the cage, there isn't a problem.
As Erin said, sitting under an air conditioner, or beside a window in winter in cold climates could cause a problem.
There's a difference betwen air stirring and cold drafts, your snake should have no problems.
