I just wanted to make it known that Tom is a really great guy to deal with. I first talked to him about 3 months ago and was going to buy a couple of geckos from him, actually called him the day I asked him about his geckos, and he told me that I although I liked his, I should look around and not just stick to him right away. I did and ended up not getting any geckos from him (or from anyone else) I just kept looking around.

about a month ago I had an idea about what I wanted, and asked him if he had what I was looking for. He sent me pictures, I asked for prices, and he gave me a really good deal on a pair. We set up the date for shipping, and everything went smoothly. He told me that if there were any problems to let him know. The day they were supposed to arrive, I checked the tracking number and noticed that the package had been delayed due to weather. I contacted Tom and he contacted the shipping company. Within an hour of me contacting him. Everything checked out and they were reprocessed to be shipped out that night for delivery the next day. The next day came and although they came at about 4:30 the geckos were just fine.

He called me when he got confirmation that they were delivered, before I could even get the chance to open the box! He apologized for the delay, and said that if there was anything wrong to just let him know. He also told me that if I ever saw anything of his posted that I liked to let him know and he would give me a great deal on it.

I was very pleased with the way he treated me. It was almost like I was just a friend, not a customer. Which is the way it's supposed to feel right? Anyways, great guy to deal with, and not only was his customer service great, but the geckos I received were top notch geckos. I truly got a great deal and will continue to purchase geckos from Tom if he has what I am looking for.
