Gutload (homemade)?

What do you guys use (besides progutload i use it too but want to make my own)What type of food (animal human)how much?Thanks alot

I found a pretty good website on gutload for feeders, maybe this will help. This website breaks down the necessary food for feeders:

When I made my own I used:

1 12 oz box of Total Brand Cereal
1/4 cup Reptivite
1/4 cup calcium

Put it in the blender and its done. Thing is it cost much more to make than to buy from Cody, my cost home made was about $4.50 per pound and his if you get 10 lbs is like $2.50 per pound including shipping.

Fish Flakes(protien)
Oatmeal(fiber,carbs)
Baby cereal(vitamins,minerals)
Dog Biscuits
rep-cal vitamins,calcium

I made mine once with ground up corn,total cereal, and vitamins- i forget what they were.It worked pretty well but i like the store bought stuff better.
