Got PILES, are you CONSTIPATED ? It seems..

that Mr. Crapper did us an injustice with his invention of the traditional toilet ! Research is in on the toilet being human anatomy incorrect for the evacuation of fecal matter of the bowel canal. It seems true. Our forefathers and mothers didn't have near the problem/s of the above and it wasn't so much to do with diet as to many of them had not the chance of consuming veggies or other raw fibered foods. Most diets were of high proteins and high fats which suggest the problem should of been there with and or associated with constipation and other related problems of bowel movements concerning the evacuation of waist matter. What did they do that we don't now ? SQUAT ! The squatting motion puts the human body at a anatomical natural position for the elimination. Did I mention birthing positions ? The sqautting motion also has been shown to be natural oppose to the hospital bed. Maybe the close to real facts of history of both as to several movies of past points out ( Little Big Man, Dances with Wolfs > the long version < ) that the American Indians didn't take on the crapper even after years of captivity..........
