Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

I would imagine USFWS would be more interested in the seller's lack of one than the would-be buyer's lack of one, but it would be a bit of a gamble there. You could contact them.

I don't think there is one.
A Google search on the phone # 404-483-2542 brings up email address cieslak86@yahoo.com as well as the attached reverse listing associating the number as a landline for Jolanta Cieslak in Marietta, GA. Property tax records put her address as 1419 Westward Drive, Marietta, GA with the home owned by Stanislaw and Jolanta. Based on their ages they are probably his parents.

Hey took $275 from me. Through money order so I couldn't dispute it. Never do money transaction unless over PayPal.
Yes jolanta cieslak is his mom and his brother is Brother oktawian cieslak. All apparently have hands in selling reptiles/shipping. He said he worked with partners. Idk if Ashley pets is his company. But there is a website for shipping labels he uses to ship http://www.reptilesexpress.com. phone number when I called it was 4044803706. They said he has shipped reptiles not packaged correctly before and he has been spoken too.

This was all in May when it happen to me. I shipped the sick turtle he sent me back to him after many calls trying to get an address he gave me one but it was a FedEx center 709 Lucas street florence sc

Good luck. he hasn't sent me my money for the turtle or for over nighting the sick turtle with a marble size abscesses on his ear.
Maybe if we all call the reptile express he can't ship anymore. And blow up his phone woth text and calls.
