Nice pics Dave. I see that the frog is inflating itself. Did you stick around to see if the snake was able to swallow the frog?

Yep, down the hatch. I would have continued with the pics but the batteries died.

Very nice (Well, not for the frog, but you get my meaning).

Those were great pics! There's just something comical about a snake eating its food face-last...

Thanks. I posted similar pics a few years ago but I think I titled it something like Frog-headed snake or something of the like. If I remember to take my camera with me when I head out back I can catch some cool pics sometimes. Unfortunately I miss more than I get. Story of my life.

Nice pics Dave, Ya know I grew up in Lake County on the East side of Cleveland and never saw a gray tree frog and I spent alot of time in the woods behind my fathers house, now my son finds them there regularly? Do you remember seeing them when you were younger?

While I have only been here in Ohio for a little more than a decade, I have seen them on occasion. I am actually looking for a few for display for one of the Nature Centers I sell crickets to. Of course now that I am looking for them I won't see any.
