NARBC will hold an After Party and fund raising auction immediately following the show on Saturday evening 6:30pm-???. FREE FOOD & CASH BAR will be provided for all who attend. The auction is open to the public and proceeds will be split 50/50 between USARK and the Pet Industry. These auctions are a great social mixer and tons of fun! They have been growing in popularity across the country and are a GUARANTEED GOOD TIME! USARK would appreciate any donations for the auctions or any other help you have to offer. Brian Potter is the Auctioneer and is always entertaining (adult content). There will be some awesome deals! Come party with us in Arlington and support the Reptile Nation.

was the best show i've personally ever been to, and the auction was great. brian told me today when we were leaving that the auction alone pulled in nearly $14,000. we had a blast and ended up with a nice leo from the auction. can't wait for next year.

If this flies, will the government then also compensate python/boa breeders for their losses if they are put on the lacy act? Will any legislators stand up for us the way this guy stands up for the carp breeders?
Are these carp on the lacy act now? If not, why not, if they are so invasive and environmentally destructive. where are rodda and reed when you really need them? Isnt this worth some grant money too?

Also, maybe breeders should threaten "python dumps" in DC if they are put on the lacy act.
