I have a question about what you list here.

You said that the Beardeds can not sleep at all with lights? I have mine across the room from the constantly light Chameleon light and I think that he is sleeping.

I do have the cutest image of the baby Bearded with tea bags on his eyes. I have used very mild tear / eye drops on the eyes before.

I also keep chameleons (have more chams than beardies, actually). Your cham really shouldn't have light on at night either. Being diurnal species, they both will fare much better with regular day/night schedules.
