Of particular importance is the REQUIREMENT that you provide your REAL full name upon registering. Sorry, but this is not like other sites where anonymity is more the rule.
Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

I want my money back.
The zip code feature does not work for my zip code. (07403)
Potential buyers in the classifieds have no idea how close or far away I am.
This feature was not described as non-functional.
Please send my refund by check or Paypal (if necessary), ASAP.

Your information clearly states that you are in Bloomingdale, NJ 07403. All a potential buyer has to do is look, and they will be able to figure out how far away you are (granted, many don't bother to do that, because they don't care. the availability of shipping has spoiled us).
The fact that the system drops the leading zero, and does not recognize your zip code, has not prevented you from posting ads. (I will however, notify Rich of this problem...there might be a simple fix)

Regardless what your zip code is, the distance feature in the alternate classifieds section never worked correctly. Considering this, potential buyers wouldn't have used it anyway.

It's not about accepting mediocrity. You have already been told the problem is a limitation in the software. Rich has no control over that. Your complaint would be better directed towards the software developer that Rich purchased it from. Continued complaining here is no better than pissing into the wind. You're the only one that will end up wet, stinky, and foolish looking.
