His communication is excellent, he's totally on the ball about producing information and picture requests - both through e-mail and over the phone. And I ask A Lot of questions, some of them repetitively, especially the first time I deal with someone.

She arrived today, clean, healthy, active and friendly. No mites. She's appropriately sized for her age, properly sexed and way hotter than her pictures!!

Packaging was also great, I would definitely do business with him again.
