going to the farm to get this stuff out of the truck and in the taks where the can cool down  4hrs later 125 miles from home on I 10 bam truck blows engine, we are running down hill , tell my partner to get a truck headed to us,  he calls and we have a truck coming before we get to the bottom of the hill, as we get to the bottom, we cross a small creek, i tell Jim to hold on, head out across the ditch up in to some trees for shade , we make in to the pines, just across the creek, get 4 2 liter coke bottles & start carring water to keep the turtles cool, 2 1/2 hrs jerry  pulls up, we roll the truck back hook to it with a chain, pull it to the nexxt exit, get the ok to leave it , hook up to the trailer, at 0100
this am we got all the trtles in the tanks , ended with a loss of 0.

Well the only luck I saw was bad luck in that the engine blew. A far as everything else went it seems more like you have your act together than it seems like luck. You got someone out to help you pronto - you made for the shade - you kept those turtles cool - you did not lose even one turtle. If that was luck then it sounds as if you made it for yourself! Good job!

Best regards,
