Almost a farmer

Got moved into the new house ( any one who emailed or PM;d me, please bare with me I just got the internet back and connection is slow)

Some pics to get started. I will get some more of the fruit trees and garden area soon as well as the butcher room and barn

I have peach, apple, pear and plum trees, a rubarb batch, black berries and all kinds of goodies growing. The chickens, ducks and rabbits will be coming soon :-)

The pup after he jumped in the pond

And the pup after I made him follow the quad back to the house and get a bath

The new house on top the hill. Pic taken down by the pond looking up the fields

Thank you Lucille.

It is not in Weirton. I just moved to Ohio. I have not changed my profile yet.

I'm curious, how did you find such a treasure, so far from where you used to live? For a while I was looking through the US for country property, there are some beautiful places to live in this country.

It is actually only about 2 hours from where I use to live.

There was a couple other places that were looked at before this one. When I found it it had been on the market 4 days, drove down 2 days later and put in a bid. Did not even make it home before they called and said the offer was accepted. The real issues did not start till after the bank got involved but that was the story for the hell forum.

It has 7 acres. So it is not huge by an means but just what I wanted.

Hopefully I can get some sunshine the next few days and get some more pics taken. I need some ID help on some of the trees planted around the yard.

I hope to get some more pics this weekend... Hope to is the key word.

I got the rabbit hutches and part of the chicken coop power washed last night. I hope to get them painted this weekend at some point in time.

And then get some pics of the trees so I can hopfully figure out which ones are which.
