Been a while since these guys got a bump. I purchased two milk frogs from them recently. One showed up looking questionable. I immediately let them know my concerns and they kept in contact about it. Within three days, the frog died, and upon sending them the enclosure setup info, my husbandry, and photos of everything, they immediately replaced the frog at no cost, including shipping being covered.
This is a glowing example of exemplary customer service. I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone that's interested in frogs or product that Josh's Frogs carries. Thank you guys for taking such good care of me.
