Hello!
Either you have not registered on this site yet, or you are registered but have not logged in. In either case, you will not be able to use the full functionality of this site until you have registered, and then logged in after your registration has been approved.
Registration is FREE, so please register so you can participate instead of remaining a lurker....
Please note that the information requested during registration will be used to determine your legitimacy as a participant of this site. As such, any information you provide that is determined to be false, inaccurate, misleading, or highly suspicious will result in your registration being rejected. This is designed to try to discourage as much as possible those spammers and scammers that tend to plague sites of this nature, to the detriment of all the legitimate members trying to enjoy the features this site provides for them.
Of particular importance is the REQUIREMENT that you provide your REAL full name upon registering. Sorry, but this is not like other sites where anonymity is more the rule.
Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

CJ,
Considering that you live in Florida and you are not concerned with the legality of things, why don't you just go catch one?
Then you could let it go when the excitement wears off.
Just a thought...

The funny thing is, Cliffy, I stand to collect a reward if you do follow through on it. Thing is, I could care less about you getting passed around like currency in jail. Rather, it's the animal that's going to suffer as a result of your ineptitude that I give a damn about. And suffer it will, because you lack the maturity, intelligence, and experience to care for a crocodilian. You'll either kill it or release it and let it be someone else's problem.
I suppose the good thing that's going to come about from this is that you'll be done with reptiles for a few years. I don't expect that you'll do much time in prison, but wildlife violations carry with them a prohibition on obtaining other licenses. For instance, I'm willing to bet that, as of right now, you lack licensure for the reptiles that you do own.
You see, spoiled little posers are a dime a dozen. Your kind comes and goes. You come in, do something illegal, and are just too stupid to keep your mouth shut about it. There's an old adage in law enforcement to the effect of, "We only catch the dumb ones." You, CJ, are going to very easily be caught. In the end, however, you'll just do a bit of time in jail, pay a fine, and be prohibited from owning animals for a few years. The rest of the herpers in FL have to live with the consequences of your lack of integrity.

FL is picky about their animal regulations. Haven't you heard any of the stories about people like you keeping animals that are extremely hard to keep thinking that its fun? Then they end up injured or the Animal escapes or gets killed and all of the people that really care for the Reptiles receive a bad rap. You can and more than likely will do time if you try this stupid stunt.

I dunno... considering there is now a thread informing you that it is illegal it would be kinda hard to convince the judge you didn't know any better. Moron.
