herping from my driveway

I spotted this crawling up the side of my neighbors when I was pulling in my drive yesterday. By the time I got back out with my camera, it had already fallen back down.

Cool! I too would love to come home to find one. The last time I saw one of those was at my Mom's in Maryland. It was wrapped around a basement window. For a moment I thought it was a rope like insulation that had somehow fallen loose. That was until it moved.

It was nice enough to stay around until you got your camera too. Half the time I see something it is gone by the time I get there with my camera.

Very true! No one ever believes me when I tell them that I saw Bigfoot

Herping in my garage

Heres one to add to the household herping. This was trying to crawl into a mouse tub in the garage.
