Napa Valley Snakes

I have to agree with you Stephan, I purchased some sunglow motley corns from him and they have always been top quality. They EAT like pigs, and are perfect animals.

Also a very nice guy to do buisness with!

I highly recomend Stan.

Only had one dealing with Stan and Andrea but was very happy with my dealing with them. Communication was great and I wouldn't think twice about doing business with them again.

Just wanted to update this post.

I just sent in my payment to Stan for the Sunglow, should be getting it either this Fri. or Next Wed., depending on when the $$ gets there.

Just wanted to compliment Stan on his great customer service.
He stayed in contact all through the past few weeks.
He answered every question I had within a day.

This helped to put me at ease, as many others I contacted have never gotten back to me, even now, weeks later...

So far everything has been going wonderfully.
I'll put up a final post when I receive the snake, as that is all that is left in the transaction. Thanks to evryone who gave me an opinion on Stan.

So far I have to agree with you guys, Stan is one of the good guys!

As a final note to this post, I received my new sunglow from Stan this afternoon.

There was a little confusion with the shipping address, but it was all taken care of and now she's in her new home!

Stan was great to deal with. He let me know that there was a cold front moving in on the date we originally planned for arrival, so we put it off, for the sake of the snake.

He even called me at home yesterday to make sure everything was good for shipping on my side.

And today, when FEDEX decided to knock on my neighbor's door(with nobody home) instead of mine, he called right away when he noticed the FEDEX tracking said nobody was there to accept the shipment.

He was calling right as I walked in the door from having to go pick her up. It was very nice to know he was so concerned for her health.

It's great to see someone who still takes the animal's health into consideration as well as how make a customer feel satisfied.

As an added bonus, she is even prettier than I expected.
I just can't think of enough good things to say!!

In closing...Stan Grumbeck/The Snake Room=GOOD GUY!

WELL I GOT A SNOW BULLSNAKE FROM STAN LAST SEASON. IT WAS SOLD AS A FEMALE AND I TRUSTED IT WAS AND THAT WAS THAT. AFTER SEXING EVERYTHING A FEW MONTHSD BACK TO SEPERATE AND LABEL FOR COOLING I SEXED THE FEMALE AND IT TURNED OUT TO BE A MALE!!!!! WELL I CONTACTED STAN NOT EXPECTING A THING FROM HIM BUT JUST TO LET HIM KNOW THAT THE SNAKE I ACTUALLY RECIEVED WAS A MALE AND NOT A FEMALE. MIND YOU IT WAS OVER 8MONTHS LATER. WELL STAN HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THE SITUATION AND THREE DAYS LATER HE SENT ME ANOTHER FEMALE SNOW BULL AND HAD ME SHIP BACK THE MALE. IN MY OPINION STAN IS ONE OF THE GUYS WHO WILL LAST THREW THE END OF TIME. STAN YOUR THE MAN!!! NOT LIKE YOU NEEDED ANY MORE HELP WITH THIS POST BUT I FIGURED MY TWO CENTS WERE WORTH WELL TWO CENTS!!! STAND UP GUY AND I WOULD RECCOMMEND THE SNAKEROOM TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!

I just recieved some snakes from Stan. We spoke on the phone for a while and I sent him the money with the snakes expected the following week. He also called me the day he was shipping to confirm that I would still be available to recieve them. The snakes came as advertised and I couldn't be more pleased! Excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to do more business with him.
