You can only sex them after they are adults and have been cycled. If you plan on breeding them you'll need to get some LHRH it's a hormone that will need to be injected into them so they will breed. You will need help from your vet or some one local who has bred them. Because you'll need to weigh them and you have to inject the hormone into a glad and with out being showed on the animal in person it's hard to describe. If you make a mistake you can kill your animals and even the hormonr injection do not work.
Remember nothing will work unless they are cycled and put in a rain chamber just like all frogs.

Also make sure you have someone you can get blackworms from live because Pac Man frog tadpoles will only eat live food and will eat each other. They lay around 500 eggs. You will also need to have the setup to keep all the babies seperate. Most people even wholesalers will not buy them until they are a little larger then a quarter.

Good luck and if you do breed them. You'll find it very rewarding. Frank

Pacman frogs are sexually dimorphic, that is to say that males and females have traits which indicate and differentiate the sexes.  Male pacmans are about 25% to 50% smaller than the females, also they will develope a black patch under thier throats at various times of the year, some always have it.  I have noticed barometric changes bringing about calling and a throat color change in some animals I kept  a few years ago.  Hormone treatment can help to breed frogs, I guess, but I have bred several species of frogs without the use of hormones.  It is not the only way, also it look like a lot more complications than just using rainchambers and fortuitious barometric changes.
