Unhappy Please Help!!!

A friend of mine has a 18 months old female and she´s not doing well...
It´s been two months since she stopped eating (only a few supers).
Her terrarium are in excellent conditions.
We live in Buenos Aires, Argentine. It´s spring and our breeding season is just beginning.
She laid one egg for the first time 12 days ago... the other egg is visible but she doesn´t seem to be digging anymore. She´s quite lethargic and has some black thing in her belly...
I´m posting some pictures of her belly and some poop..
I really appreciate any input!!!
Thanks in advance...

That stool looks very runny to me. I would suggest taking a sample to a qualified (Exotics) vet for parasite testing.

I was never good at identifying eggs in the belly of female Leos, but to me I don't see anything abnormal. Hopefully Kelli or Marcia will pop on here to give you a yay or nay on whether or not they see eggs.
