Of particular importance is the REQUIREMENT that you provide your REAL full name upon registering. Sorry, but this is not like other sites where anonymity is more the rule.
Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

I really want to think the chameleonkeeper.com and Marty are good people and can be trusted. It really disappoints me when someone in the chameleon community pulls this stuff. It such a small group and its not that hard to stay in contact with someone. Especially if they have admitted to a mistake. They have a pretty good rep as far as I can tell. Its a shame to ruin it in one mishandling of a problem.
Even if you do get your refund, I will never do business with them. To me Not showing up here and providing some kind of reason is enough for me to loose all faith.

I've been calling all day. I'm just hoping the chameleon and their other chameleons are good and safe. Hope nothing happened to them (Nonna and Marty) it's extremely odd that they're not answering... Just hope all is well with all of them.
They do have a good reputation, and Marty was very understanding. I'm sure he'll come thru with the deal once he is available. Just bothers me that he never notified me when he got the package....

Got the refund, the check of 500.00 arrived today. Waiting for it to clear, if that happens, this will be a great thing!
