Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

Fraud
All you really need to do is file with the IFCC, why screw around with kingsnake and whoever else who does not care, the IFCC is not fast by any means but when there is a public threat by scamming via the internet etc they do take action

All you have to do is click File A Complaint and once they see that there is a risk to the public they take action

This is what I was speaking about beardie killer.
I've asked everyone in the other bearded pets threads to make thier formal claims to the IFCC and respond back to me with thier case number they recieve after they review the claim.
This will also be handy to anyone who receives sick or dying animals from Wendy. Everyone take note!

And refunds for the sale of reptiels you didn't hae to sell and supposed mis-shipments Im sure you don't know about the IFCC!
If I could have refunded Dan I would have but he never bought anything from me and did not complete the trade so there was no ass kissing to do to refund anything or make up for an animal I sold and did not have!

anyone can tell that the chris J post was dated in 2002, maybe just maybe wendy he decided he wanted a new name to do business under. (i know alien thought to you huh?). heck with the bad rep you get now you probably want to do the same huh wendy??

Of coarse it was a good guy post, he refunded for animals he sold, took some time to do it and for animals that he did not have at the time he sold them
Heck if I had given Dan a different dragon (the hypo female breeder) as a replacement that he wanted this would never have happened, it would have been a good guy post too

One shipment that was addressed wrong yet delivered fine and one or two purchases we PROMPTLY refunded because stock quantities were incorrect is what you have on us huh?

Thats HORRIBLE. OH MY GOD! How could we possibly refund someone for ordering something we ran out of! How could we POSSIBLY miss a letter on one of hundreds of packages we sent out that year and call the carrier and make sure the customer got thier packages safe and on time.
We're BAD BAD people! SOMEONE STOP US!
You're so right Wendy, conducting a reputable business with moral ethics is SO much worse than shipping someone a sick and dying bearded dragon and then placing the blame on a teenager!

The topic of you have and a mis shipment and refunding for animals you didn't have to sell is still on the first 2 pages since you claimed some kind of dentist visit and didn't know the current stock you had

heck, i know if i get shipped a sickly animal you wouldnt have gotten crap either. you get mad at him for not sending it back, which it would have died in shipping. you would have started your thread still and totally claimed him responsible for it somehow. you claim if he still ships back the dead body, you can get a necropsy done.......
i re-read that topic that you posted again (somehow i thought i misred something, you try to make it sound like he scammed someone, somehow). from what it sounds like it was simple mistakes. all parties were in agreement and noone seemed mad about it. so whats the big deal?
i find it very funny of you wendy, anyone who drags you name in the mud. you troll on fauna looking for a post or 2 to pick at of theirs.

Again, you are STUPID. Stock quantities were not updated because last year aroudn that time I had some oral surgery preformed and was not updating the site as often as I should have, an order or two slipped by on products that were out of stock and we prompty issues refunds. Even the customer who this happened too posted in the good guy thread!
You are truley an idiot.
Also, why would I need to "lurk" here? We've had nothing but AWESOME experiences with the members here, made great friends. I'll be sure to have a moderator compare the IP addresses for you just to prove it for you.
How can one person be so naive? Please, do us ALL a favor. Stop before you REALLY make yourself look worse than you already have. (Not really possible, but who knows!)
