I agree totally, let them post. It does not cost me anything for noterization of birth and feeding records of the said GTPs, In addition to a relative who has fulfilled a position for the past 8 years as a Attorney for the US Attorneys Office has been reviewing this forums and garys, in which requested the noterized statements on records to be made attached to chat logs and reports from the forums. Is it worth it, being very little expence is needed on my part, Of course it is and I agree let them speak out here.

Who you're related to, what they do, and what THEY may or may not have said, is not the issue here.

IF you have emails and chat logs, post them.

Gary is a stand up guy and if you've got something that directly controverts what he's said I would not be the only shocked person here.

When one party starts throwing out ''my lawyer said this," and "my lawyer advises I do that," you really start to lose credibility.

Post what you've got and let's go from there.

I have been advised already by legal, and like boid has stated let them have their chance, and yes I was advised to post them freely after they respond in accordance to the questions.

We didnt deal with gary at all, never once spoke on pm or in open chat with him regarding the snakes, or no offers where made with Gary either, he didnt even seem to know about his brothers chat when it was brought up for discussion in ours, he said he was still advertising ours, he seemed to stay in the background a lot, he popped in chat now and then late on, just general chat.

John was the one trying to do all the wheeling and dealing, he was made offers but just kept throwing them back in our face, he would pm me all the time while Rick was working, just too dayam imaptient, like a spoiled kid, warning me Rick better make this right or hes gonna go round bashing him, after he had all ready spoken to Rick and a solution made.

gary is gonna defend John they are Brothers, just like i will defend Rick being his partner, those snakes came from a breeder on the wednesday, was shipped out thursday, if I would of had my way, we would of kept them a while to make sure they where eating, but john wanted them there and then for his shows, but hey im a woman, they wont listen to me, boys will be boys

donna, you've made an ASSumption and may well be paying the price for it.

IF john did mess this up, brother or not, Gary will have him make it right and own up to it.

Gary is one of the most stand up guys you'll ever meet.

Now, the fact that you've stated you'd back rick regaurdless of his credibility or correctness puts EVERYTHING you say in the "do I believe someone who has told me they'd lie," catagory.

It's a shame you can't be trusted to do what's right no matter who's involved. It's a shame you are not the same quality person Gary is.

That is not what I was getting at, I meant... we never had dealings with Gary, but now he is there defending john when nothing was ever discussed with him, If I thought Rick was in the worng, I would say so, but he isnt so im gonna defend him, I went with Rick to buy those snakes, and we where told they where eating, they where packed off the next day, Rick as done nothing wrong, only did what the customer asked, now John is damanding all kinds of stuff, so yeah im gonna defend Rick, if i think john is trying to rip us off, just like Gary is doing the same with John cause he thinks we ripped John off.

We will see, let gary stand up. I want him to, hell you seem to be kissing up to him so yeah let him stand up strong and proud. Donna is my fiancee so yes she would. Brothers do to. But the old saying " Let the dirt come out in the wash". So Gary like he said STAND UP and Post, please I beg you.

Of what I am reading the misunderstanding is you are saying ONE GTP and John and Gary are saying TWO GTP. That seems to me where the mess up is with the amount of money.

Out of three that were sold, John stated one was sold, one feeds and one doesn't. It would be one returned.

Which I still don't get because Gary said one was sold right away and John stated two don't feed. How would he know that if one was sold immediately.

Well 2 did not eat the one the local customer has and the other I have. I sold one at Taylor show.( I sold on the word they were eating MY FAULT) I hope that one is eating I have not heard from the customer. But I am taking care of the customer that I sold to as it is only right. A CUSTOMER NEVER TAKES THE HIT FOR A FAULT OF MINE
