Guess what's abnormal in the X-Ray game?

Here's a little game i'm playing on another forum...guess what's wrong with the X-Ray. I'm not sure what the prizes will be, I guess good karma to the first person/people that can answer the question and/or the bonus question.

The only clue I will give you is: 7 year old, spayed female dachsund, presented to my clinic for hematuria (blood in her urine). This is a photo of an X-Ray that was taken.

What is abnormal about this radiograph? Why does the dog have blood in her urine?

Bonus: Why should this XRay be re-taken, due to being inaccurate, according to the AVMA?

Veterinary professionals are NOT allowed to answer the first question, they are only allowed to answer the bonus question...

ill say its the gap in the dark spot of her rib cage. doesn't look like its supposed to be fairly transparent

I'm seeing bladder stones and what might be a microchip? (The small white spot right under the skin above her spine)

Those are Puppies!!! if you look near the back of the X-ray.. you can see another that looks like two paws and a head!! Time to do an ultrasound
