This leash is made of nylon and the "collar" part of it is made of leather.
The collar works via a push button plastic holder just like what is on the strings of a "hoodie" shirt. In other words the collar is adjustable for a variety of sized animals.
There is also a clip for attaching the leash to you or another object to keep the lizard from getting away if you are not holding the leash.
It is lightly used and in good shape!

This leash is in perfect condition and would be excellent for letting you lizard get some exercise but not letting it get away.
My sister used it for her bearded dragon.
It worked great for letting it run around the room on a "lizard run" just like a "dog run" style setup with a cloths line ran between two stationary objects.
The lizard could climb up into a window or chill on the floor.
