Although my intentions were not to cause this much of a disruption and definitely not to copy something without giving proper identification of what site I copied from. However I completely understand where I went wrong and after learning my lesson on here about the importance of this. I cab assure everyone that it will NEVER be done again. I Cannot express enough how much it mmeans to have someone see the hearsay and slanderish things being said about me and my company,

Even with identification you are still infringing if you copy a photo and use it, you must get permission unless for instance it is 'fair use' which does not apply when you are using someone else's photo for commercial purposes, to try to sell something.

I stand corrected as I have never used anyone's pics but my own and Lucille knows much more about the subject.

It still makes no sense that an international export company can't provide a single photo of a turtle in their possession. She's deflecting and giving very strange language in her responses a little too uppity for someone who's likely about to lose their business I think they'd be a little more concerned with coming off as genuine to potential customers than dodging questions. Your license has been called into question you absolutely have to provide proof as if we were customers coming into your store want to still sell reptiles legally? Then post proof that you actually can with photos if she posts anything but that she shouldn't be allowed back on this site too many of us actually follow the rules for these people to get away with this kind of stuff. I hope I'm wrong and you prove me wrong but I've seen this play out too many times before...

The only reason people are banned from this site is if they do not follow site rules.
They are not banned because they do not post requested proofs. And if you think about it, the very fact that a seller avoids what you believe to be a relevant request is valuable information for readers and some may choose not to do business with a seller who avoids answering reasonable questions.

I don't understand why she can't go and snap a picture or two with her cell phone, even if they are in a different location than her house, they still have to be taken care of ... not hard to take a pic while feeding.

Good afternoon to the great posters of this thread. First I must apologize for not keeping up with everyone's concerned posts. As I stated previously I very rarely login to Fuana to create and or chime in on ridiculous rumors one irrelevant person pulls out of their butt. Anyway to the oh let's just say 4 members that posted negativity about my company..... Go back and look at... hell here let me make it simple for y'all .... here is a thread between me and laturtleboy prior to this thread.


First I must say I usually do not respond to such childish things as this however I must respond to this due to the extent of your constant slandering messages to my posts about my company.
As you can see since you're so into what I post and my company's "scammish" ways, I have not been on this site for a while (just till a couple weeks ago) so I do apologize for not updating my profile for you!

I'm going to try to clear up all of your comments and if I forget one or overlooked one due to all of the made up things you have said or this he said she said stuff; I truly apologize but I would hope that you would remind me of those that I missed and I will surely clear those up as well.
--As far as the amount of employees:

If you were to know the amount of exports we have done or the quantity of which each export contained... Then you would say something totally different. (Since you have such good friends all over this great state of Louisiana that is informing you of all these slandering statements about my company and about us personally, then you should go back to those same people and require them to tell you about the above quantities and exportations we've done just this past weekend year! Please do so and get back with me ASAP!!
--And last but not least I would like to comment on the non updating of my email phone number or address.
** as stated before I have not been on here up until a couple of weeks ago for a while (hence is to why I have not seen this post along with many other posts you have made) except to check messages as far as that ~~I'm truly sorry not just to you but to everyone on here, that I did not update my profile on here.. however that is why when I've been posting my recent posts I've been adding on the bottom of my posts: my UPDATED email, my UPDATED phone number and a LinkedIn link you can go to for extra info if needed of my company.

So how about providing us one of your own pictures?

Yeah none of that was helpful at all you've just kind of made yourself look worse you didn't answer a single question and don't seem to think this concerns you I'm sure folks reading can make up their own minds on this one. Photos would be helpful.

As of right now you have not proven anything other than you are more then willing to rehash your previous statements while simultaneously providing no proof that you even have a single animal in your care.
