Humidity troubles

I still don't have her yet.. I should have her closer to June, but I'm having troubles keeping the humidity down in the 6qt tub I'll be keeping my western hognose in... I have it set up as bioactive with springtails and I'll soon have giant canyon Isopods in it... I've drilled many holes on the top and sides but the humidity is still at 99 percent. Any tips? Should I hook up a computer fan to it ? And should I worry about heat escaping due to all the holes ? I'm using an ultratherm heat mat... And a jump start brand thermostat
Thanks in advance
