There is a way to determine and as i said i also took it to the vet so
i am not pulling any crap, but from the packaging of the box it looks
like you never shipped before. There were no holes for either snakes to
breathe and you comepletly stuffed them! There pupils were HUGE which
doesnt mean they froze it CLEARLY indicates that they were suffocated
from the poor package done.
I will give you 2 days to decide and then sorry but i will but bad
reports on ALL forums i belong to, and the one i co own, i will also
put in on the BOI so EVERYONE knows what happened! I WOULD REALLY HATE
to do this and would rather work some arrangement out with you and put
up a GOOD remark!

Although, there are a few issues I would like to point out.
Determining the snakes were suffocated is an impossible conclusion to
come to just by looking at the snakes. Though they may not have frozen,
they may have been mishandled. Sadly, fedex (though I ship legally)
does not cover animals.
I will need time to think about this. I would like to point out Im
already $10 down from the deal (shipping/packaging cost me 10 more than
you payed), not to mention I GAVE you the snakes.
I fully understand you are not trying to screw me over, and at the same
time, Im trying to lose as little money as possible. Give me a day or
two, today has been a horrible day for me already, and its far from
over.

Ok, I got the snakes in this morning at about 11. I took them home, and
found BOTH to be dead. Not from cold weather either, i ran them to my
vet to make sure of my conclusion, and you packaged them WAY to tight
with no air holes, and they died from suffication.
Now i am willing to NOT reply any thing about "bad deals" on any forum
if you are willing to work something out, as in either a partial
refund, or shipping me another snake free of charge, and package it
correctly. Since you said you are down sizing, i am willing to chance
you shipping another properly! Please let me know asap.
