I just got here to the forums today (from HomeGrownHerps myspace page) LOL
Rats! I had a decent one of my black pine snake.... okay a few.

The first is my fav...

You can see my son's foot in the corner, and DMX is in shed, which helped make him a little more cautious. This was taken after dark in the front yard with my Sony H2 with flash.

I was just trying to be funny here...

This was taken at my favorite "used entertainment" store that encourages people to bring their pets.

Each time that I have my snakes out to photograph them, I make sure that my hubby or teen son are right there, just out of view, to help wrangle them if they decide to make a break for it. This big boy (DMX) never has tried to do that though.

Oh, and then there's my female Sonoran Gopher snake, Chu'a:

I will have to get some newer ones for the contest next month, especially of Chu'a.
