Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

What gecko is perfect for me?
I already have a juvie bearded dragon, but I would like to have some other animal thats significantly lower maintencance. I wanted something I could raise from a baby, that stays tiny, and thrives in at the most a 20 gal tank (in size). Im interested in geckos, so is there a beginner friendly gecko out there that stays tiny, I could raise from a baby, and doesnt need a large enclosure?

While, Eublepharis macularius, make great pets, I have a couple of other terrestrial recommendations: Hemitheconyx caudicinctus, and or Paroedura pictus..
If you would be more interested in a more arboreal type gecko, I would recommend: Phelsuma lineata, Phelsuma quadriocellata, and or Phelsuma laticauda.

There are some great recommendations above.
You could also stand that 20 gallon so that it is taller than wide, and that would be suitable for a crested gecko. Crested geckos have a pre-manufactured diet you can purchase that meets all of their nutritional needs, and they don't need heat like leopard geckos and other species. However, if your house gets warm in summer (80s or above), cresteds would not do well at those temps.
